best method to control height?

I've seen a few methods on this forums about controlling the height of the plant but didnt know which one was the best?

LST, putting the plant closer to the light, tying the plant down, start flowing early? which one works best?

You can top the plant multiple times up until you flower which is going to bush it out. There is also a method of topping called FIM(Fuck I Missed). I FIM most of my plants.

there is also a method of bending that works pretty well and you dont have to top off the plant. flowering earlier also helps with height issues what strain of plant are you growing?

do u have a link for topping tutorial ? I'm going to be growing White Rino, White Widow, and Four Way.

hey when you "fim" you just cut the like 75% of the new fan leaf growth right? It gives you 4 tops?
