That's still $50, but I doubt that $10 increase would matter. Like I said before FF is only $40 with shipping (if you can't find it locally), and works well.
Did you even read the thread title? $40 and on the internet.

uh yeah, that's how I was able to point out both places where it was irrelevant to the title of the thread.
What I suggested (FoxFarm trio, $40 on Amazon with free shipping) fell perfectly into the criteria. What are you getting at?

45 does not equal 40. And it's not the best anyway.
Oh, you meant Hydro, I was goin' by soil...

Edit: I see they're both $45 now. I bought mine a month ago and it was only $40, didn't check for price changes :\

You can't say what the best nutes are. If so, why would there be so many different companies with varied opinions, if there was a best, it would be obvious.

no you cant, but you can say some are Worse than others. and FoxFarm SUCKS.

Alaska fish fertalizers have more nutrients, in forms which are readily available to the roots..... for less than 1/2 the price..... you should learn a little about soil bacteria and nutrient fixing, then you will know why Foxfarm Sucks..... the plants can only absorb 30-40% of the actual nutrients...... the rest is salt.....

what you can say about fertalizers, is they have ______ Nutrients in _____ Quantity. foxfarm only has the 13 essential to survive.......

Are you using mg soil as well? I am, and slightly burned my lady when I fed with miniscule amt of mg tomato.[/QUOTE

In my sig. is the link. MG, FF, freakin handmade soil, every kinda soil that has nutrients in it has to be dealt with different than regular no nute peat moss/perlite mix ect. Give my guide a look, and remember the directions for nutes are usually aimed at full grown or mid level plants. I almost never feed mine before flowering.
