All your questions have already been asked and answered. You need to be more specific on what you're doing since "good bacteria for root growth" differs depending on growing method.
I never noticed a difference adding Azos to my nute solution. Are you just going by the label for the amount you use or did you experiment with larger amounts? The biggest noticeable difference I've seen using Azos was use during transplanting.There are several and probably most of them are good. I use Azos and Recharge every couple weeks.
