The Coney Islands in the Detroit area make great Gyros...the cucumber sauce is what makes it so damn good...

The nearest place to me now is like 30 miles:evil:...I want one now damnit!!

...lol...it took a 60' fall to the pavement to break that

...my leg was 5 inches shorter after that...they had to pull it straight with 40lbs weights and 24 hours of traction!...

The only sandwich I had that week was through a tube

Turkey, Bacon, tomato, Romane lettuce, pickle, mustard, mayo, avocado, cucumber, pepperchini, salt, pepper, all on cracked wheat. And did I forget the pepper jack cheese and white extra Sharp cheddar cheese?

It's a big ass sandwich. I call it the "Turd Maker"...

I still get the urge for a Spam and Cheese melt every now and then.
Throw on some good stone ground mustard and a lil tomato.

Done in the cast iron skillet of course.

man i love a turkey sandwhich on wheat with mayo and,now just go with me on this,Fajita Seasoning! i just designed this a couple months ago but its just amazing. i know it may sound crazy, but just check it out and let me know. im on my way to the kitchen right now.
