Fried egg with fresh field tomato, thick sliced bacon, Canadian old cheddar cheese with lots of fresh cracked pepper on whole wheat toast. This sucker is messy especially if you opt to leave the egg yolk in tact.....For less mess just break it while frying the egg.
Or
Menonite Summer Sausage, Esrom Cheese, Sweet Vidalia Onions, Fresh cracked pepper.Moms Home Made Relish on home made whole wheat bread. Sorry folks this one is extinct LOL...My Mom quit making her relish about 10 yrs. ago and despite numerous candidates I have yet to find a suitable replacement.

Sandwhichs to me are the perfect food. Where else can you cram all of the food groups into one nifty package?
