I have used gorilla seed bank several times in the past. I had an issue with my very first order. After posting on the Forum it was quickly resolved. I continue to use gorilla, and even wrote a positive review for them. My last order was over a 2 years ago. Fast forward to November 2019. I placed an order and send a cash payment with a customs tracking number( registered). I received notification that the package has been delivered. after a reasonable wait, seeing online that my order still remained open and unpaid. I contacted them via email. I included copies of the custom shipping label, my purchase receipt and the delivery notification. The instructions the email gave wrer to send your cash payments via registered mail. Which I did. The response I got from Andy the gorilla representative was your order will ship when I get the payment I don't care if it does say it was delivered I don't have the payment. So I guess if you deal with Gorilla you're responsible for the employees of both your home countries Postal Service and the UK's Postal Service should they make a mistake gorilla will have no problem not honoring their very own standard requirements. My my my, how they have fallen off. I would suggest you take my $150 lesson to Heart. If you value your money and your time don't use gorilla
