150 watt hps is good. Sun Systems is best IMO

i would step it up to a 250 hps for 4 plants and the size room

definately hps for autos, id prefer something that can deliver more lumens like a 400watt. t5s are only good for veg and if you flowered with them the bud wouldn't be very dense.

i prefer the outside sunshine.i am trying to keep this very low scale---i read a 150 will cover a 2x2 which i can live with if i must.the grow box i built give s me 36inches long--22 inches wide and 32 inches high --- probably 36 inches to lights themselves.light actually sits above the growbox with a access hole for light fixture to sit in a slot.put wood trim around fixture and caulked to keep sealed---thanks for advice--this is first attempt inside so depending on how this goes to wheather i upgrade or not.i figured i could get 4 lr#2s in the cabinet.yes or no
