Best side lighting configuration?

i have a 400w flower chamber in a 4x4 tent and i want to use 2700k side CFLs. i want no more than 250 watts in side lighting. i just dont know weather i should get 2 125w or four 62w bulbs. is it better to have the intensity or the more even spread? if i makes a different to ya ill be using CMH for flowering.

i know someone has a good answer for me. even spread or intensity?!

even spread, id go with lower watt cfl's, like 40s'

if you have a 400watt CMH (ceramic metal halide) you don't need side lighting, those lights are the bomb!
but if you insist,,,don't use high wattage cfl's as you will then be dealing with heat issuse 23 watt cfls most effecient would not go higher than 42 watters

6 42w cfls. The spread is more important. With more bulbs and the ability to get cfls close, almost all the lumens will be used. Another approach is t5 fixtures mounted on the side.
