How are High techs Ballasts???, i hear electronic is the way to go, but the ones with the fans brake sooner. and their package deals come with a magnetic. I wan't to be able to swithch between HPS and Mh.

i got my stuff from bghydro.com . excellent customer service but i dont know if they ship to canada.
