What do u guys recommended I currently got the happy frog soil ? And for nutrients I’m using tecnaflora plant ? What do u guys recommended

You could build a supersoil and just water
Earth worm castings
Perlite
Kelp meal
Blood meal
Bone meal
Fishbone meal
Dolomite lime
Alfalfa meal
Glacial rock dust
Azomite
Insect frass
Greensand
Comfrey
Gypsum
Bat guano
Leaf mold
Peat moss
Coco coir
Crab meal
Shrimp meal
Cottonseed meal
Feather meal
Camelina meal
Soft rock phosphate
Compost (Homemade if that's an option)
Add these to a base soil like. Roots organic or the happy frog that you have will work great.
There's plenty more soil additives and options. You dont need all of these either.
Or you could use any bottled nute schedule really.. like the Technaflora nutes you're using but i think its kind of silly to use chem nutes in happy frog its made pretty much the opposite as more of a living soil. But to each their own

Little bit of an overwhelming list. I think he is looking for a recipe or something.
I had great luck with promix/perlite soilless mix with general hydro nutes.
Promix perlite with epsoma garden tone.
Currently doing a water only mix with down to earth biolive this run. Results to come later on this one

This is the best advice you could get. Stick with living soil stay away from synthetic boof.

sounds like you already have fine soil and nurients. stick with what you've got.
