im not a fan of ISO at all. ethyl alcohol is much better IMO. if any of the local stores in town sell butane you can pay cash for it. the local grow store here in town has nbutane cylinders as well as many can companies. if they want you to make an account at the grow store for discount you can always give them a fake name.

idk if you been through my OHO thread or not yet but basically you wash organic sift with organic ethyl and a really nice absolute oil is produced with out butane or propane.

both are a bit more pricey than ISO but the end result does not have that weird ass ISO taste.

over a bowl like a snow cap, or in a blunt.
if straight hash, scoop and put on your nail. the extra surface area lets it burn nicely and imo easier to work with. but like i said you can easily squeeze it in your hand with some parchment or whatever. alot of people in my area prefer it and the uniqueness than everyone elses shatter and wax.

Haha I love snow caps!!!

So I'm going to Freeze the bud And Jar And Butane and then blast it all!?! Good idea?! I mean Tge jar shouldn't break should it?!

I was going to freeze the material Jar and tane this should be fine yes? Maybe keep it in a dry ice bath... Mason jar 500ml with three holes in top shake and let sit for ... 3 minutes? Or more or less? Then dump into Pyrex with only one coffee filter on end. Sound good!?! Purging by heating Pyrex dish after it has been bubbling for a while...

Anyone do a n-hexane wash? Sounds like the better solvent to use, except i can't find anywhere to get it. Ordering chems, or mass quantities of butane,online isn't something I really want to do, trying to find local sources for everything.

Be careful using household fans to evacuate combustible fumes, they aren't fire rated. I've used the big box fans as vents when painting cars in a garage and they WILL ignite fumes, at least in my situation it was just a quick flash around the fan motor itself. If you look at them in the dark when they are running you can see small sparks being generated sometimes.
