^^ that was another place i was looking into... the only problem with there is getting bud back to the Continental US.

lol MIAMI growing in your yard they will catch you b4 harvest i used to live there with in one month they raided 8 indoor grow houses and thats just the ones that made it onto the news they got helicopters looking at all times fo the shit..................but in the everglades you can get away with it
True that one! Demand greatly outweighs the supply down there.

Plants can definitely be grown in texas, as their weather sometimes is like ours. As long as the plants are well watered, 115F heat a few days in a month will not hurt the plant at all. However, being legal to grow here and life in prison in texas, you can see where its better to grow.
life in prison for growing in Tx!? Is this really true? Even for less then 100 plants?

Southern Oregon Baby... If Outdoors try to get off the coast a few miles, you Don't want a beach house... Free nutes here on the coast, seaweed/kelp, oyster shells by the truck loads, mushrooms for composting in the fall all over the mountains, good eating too...

Happy House Hunting:)

hawaii good because year round growing.

disadvantages include tons of helis, alot of people per sq mile, not as long of days as mainland, so smaller plants. Cannot grow indicas (to their fullest potential) due to humidity/overall climate. norcal and southern oregon both have perfect weather for growing during season.

I was exagerating a bit, but here are the laws:

-Possession of more than 4oz is a felony and $10K fine
-Sale of a 1/4oz or more is a FELONY and a $10K fine

If you are caught on the street with a joint, you could go to jail for 180 days and pay a $2,000 fine.

What are some cities in southern Oregon that would be good?

Starting South at the Cali Border working North you have Curry County (Brookings, Gold Beach, Port Orford), Coos County (Bandon, Coos Bay/ North Bend, Charleston (oyster central), Winchester Bay, Reedsport) From Brookings to Reedsport it is about a 2.5+ hours drive...
Coos Bay/ North Bend being your largest city...
If you want to head into the heat a bit head inland, there is Hwy 199 from cali. to Grants Pass, Or (Cave Junction, Selma, Grants Pass), also check out on a map, cities just South of Grants Pass and North to Eugene...

Hawaii...Big Island specifically...Land values are waaaay down...Goverment has placed marijuana at the bottom of the priority list..and We are a medical state...and you can grow year long, mild climate
What is the best state not including Cali to grow outdoors? I know Cali has good temps and all that but theres sooo many growers there and the cost of living is way too high. I'm looking for somewhere that I can buy a house on a nice secluded piece of land but not too far from everything with a relatively low cost of living and good weed growing weather. I'm not really concerned about the laws so that doesn't matter. Anyone have any opinions on this?

Stay to the west coast. Ca. Or. Wa. all three are med states you can find every climate in the world there and you should be able to find people you fit in with. But if your a skinhead type you'll need to go to Idaho and there not a med state.

Obviously partial to NORCAL, but very similar conditions can be found in Oregon and Washington, as well as similar laws. If you were interested in Cali, IMO the cost of living is relative to the income, depending on what you do ofcourse...Hawaii would be great as well...

If it's a garden you will tend to then without knowing or caring of the laws I'll say Arizona, phoenix is the valley of the sun and New Mexico is similar to az year round more sun than most of the states.
