Best store bought soil recs wanted

Whats the best store bought soil? Where i live we have lowes and homedepot. A friend gave me some soil to start, it ended up being some not so great stuff... pictured below. Also would it kill my plant if i change the soil? My plant is 13/14 days old from seed.

Grab a bag of fox farm ocean organic. Lowe's and home depot both carry that as there top line soil. It's also used very commonly here. I use it and recycle it as well.
