Best Strawberry Strain

As I understand it, DP's version is a bit different than Kyle's cut. They did get their SC genetics from Kyle if I'm not mistaken.
Saying they got the clone from Kyle is just a rumor Dutch Passion started to help sell seeds.
In fact, they've removed any, and all mentions of Kyle Kushman from their website.
They take strain names that are already established and use them to make they're bogus genetics sound appealing.
This has been discussed here on the forum many, many, times.
They have no consideration for the customers that they're misleading or a strain's original creator that they're saddling with a bad reputation.

Kyle originally received a clone from a grower in Bridgeport, Connecticut that smelled heavily of strawberries, and that became Strawberry Cough.
According to Kyle Kushman himself, Dutch Passion asked him to send them some seeds (not clones) of SC, back around 1991.
So Kyle had to cross SC with another strain to make the requested seeds, and that's what DP started with, seeds that were a cross of SC.
Then they bred those seeds with Sweet Tooth, to get what they're selling now as Strawberry Cough, which is such bullshit.
Kyle openly refers to the Dutch Passion version as not real SC and a bastardization.
If you don't believe me, would you believe Kyle Kushman?
He explains the whole DP debacle, starting at 8:30 minutes in and it goes till about 11:50.
Everything before 8:30 is him explaining where SC came from and how it was popularized.

Good Shit BK. I knew DPs "version" wasn't close to the cut. I wasn't sure if they got a cut or beans from the cut mixed with something else.
I do know every picture I see of DPs SC,looks nothing like mine...so that made me happy.
The only thing of DPs,I have run/am running is their Passion Fruit for the comparative grow...beans were free, took a stab at 'am. 'Preciate the info and the link.

Have you grown this out before? If so what does it look like trimmed and dry?
Nah, that was the first run of her. Waiting on the Wedding Cake to finish drying and I'll snap shots of The Strawberry Cough along with the rest of the MamaFunk clones I received and finished in the MamaFunk thread. I've cluttered up this thread enough already.
I will be running her again real soon.
My bad OP.

To answer, the nugs look like mini pineapples with splayed fingers instead of leaves due to the foxtails. Those foxtails are just as potent and icey as the nugs.

can u describe this? How is it growing, smell/taste, phenos & and what u like about it?
What I like about the plant is how it stacks and the branches support themselves. It's pm resistant and easy to feed as of now. I have a couple pheno's of this plant. It has been sold out for sometime now.

Hey guys I'm looking to for a strawberry strain and these are my criteria:

*Flavor and smell are the most important( Strong strawberry and sweet with hint of sour citrus flavor/ smell)
*Sativa dominant with energizing, happy, focus, creative etc. effects(no couchlock)
*I want it to be very potent(make u buzz)
*photoperiod growing

I am looking to
1) Enjoy the strain alone
2) Cross it with another sweet candy like strain i have

So far my options are:

Sour Strawberry by BOG
Strawberry diesel(can't find anyone selling)
Bruce Banner#3 or #5(can't find anyone either)
Fruity pebbles OG by Cannaventure

Sour diesel x Strawberry cough combo sounds the best to me but I can't find any reputable genetics (Elev8 has strawberry snowcone but from what i read Elev8 is shady)

If you have seen, grown, or had these or any other recommendations I am all ears. Please post links or let me know where i can get them(in stock)

also can u breed 2 fem plants?
devil's harvest got an excellent strawberry sour diesel (it's right what you looking for sour diesel male x strawberry cough female)
