Best time to grow in florida

I have 2 currents I left outside until the cold hit, I just put them in sun during day and bring inside at night when cold comes in.

where you are at in florida makes a difference too. the panhandle is essentially lower alabama or lower georgia so it stays cold till about march but the light doesnt get above 14hrs a day here until april.

ahhh I see. Central florida is just fine:)

i live in north east florida on the coast im thinking i plant two seeds of PPP in march i check back in november and expect a pound or two. does that sound possible, its going to be in a screened enclosure that gets plenty of sun and water when it rains and if not i do myself. im planting og kush northern lights and blueberry also at the same time. does that sound logical?

sounds possible but it always sounds better in theory. I'm in NE florida as well and I stick mine out about april 1. though mine get lots of attention throughout the year so just expect to get out of it what you put into it. I have been working on my plot for the last 2 weeks. prolly a little bit more till its ready for the plants but I always enjoy this part the most. the hard work makes the reward that much better. plus i havent used this plot in a few years so it has gotten pretty overgrown. Good luck with your grow.

I'm thinking of putting my seeds in soil indoors under a sufficient light about a month b4 I like to move them outdoors. gives them time to get good and strong b4 the Florida bugs can get to them. Usually plant mine at end of Feb so i would start the seeds in soil at the beginning. be sure to plant by pines, seem to be the perfect camo.

To prepare soil, you want to rake&dig holes in the fall, re fill them with amended soil, then put mulch over it during the winter months. Do not leave it bare all winter. If you were to start now, just dig some holes, re fill them with amended soil, and then let the rains do the work to prepare them. Mulching is ideal, but you don't have too.
