Best Time to Plant

This is my first grow. When is the best time to start growing on the east coast of the U.S. for maximum yield? I'm in Maryland and it still sometimes gets pretty cold at night probably down to 40 or so. Thanks

umm... i would say around may 24. when it heats up a little bit. good luck
