Best Time To Top..????

I was wondering if its better to top the plant when the light first come on or if its better to top right before turning off the light...Is there a difference??Help if u can thanks folks....

dont know if it makes a difference but id guess at just before light are out so the cut dosent get dried out by the light. but i doubt it really matters.

i would imagine 4:20 pm or am doesnt matter. but seriously i have never heard of a specific time to topp.

They say its best to top at night, something about the auxins (growth hormones) being in the roots at night and in the leaves during the day.

If your planning on rooting your cutting then you would want auxins in the cutting so take clones during lights on and if your trashing the cutting then do it at night.

Really doesn't matter i suppose but just sharing info ya know.
