Enough RH% to cause condensation on the surfaces... Many factors but insulation, wall temps are big. It happens most around windows where cold causes lots of condensation in the winter.
Yep, this can def be an issue. i remember back when you talked me into drywall and plaster, best thing advice ever. Easy to clean, fresh coat of paint and its like new again lol..
I run my room on the high side for RH....70% + ....i combat other issues from arising by having hurricane force winds in the room at all times.
No issues with condensation or pm or mould on any walls yet. Only the fkn intake fan, thats always dripping. Still havent found a remedy for that yet.
