Best Way To Utilize 4by4by7 grow tent

Hey guys I have a 1000w air cooled system with carbon filter and all that, I need to know what the best way to fill this space is, 20-1gallon pots, 16-2gallon, etc, whats the best way to maximize my yeild in the least time with this settup

six 5 gallon buckets.

how long would u veg for? strain recommendation? total yeild?

I am 5x3x6 and I have 2-400HPS and have room for 12 5 gallon buckets if I ever need to. I have currently 1-5gal and 8-2gal. and still can fit more in if I need o.

Can anyone give me a more specific area, like pot size, grow time, strain, grow technique?
