Best white rhino strain?

Thanks for the heads up though. It would be good if those mr. nice seeds came femmed coz theres some really intereesting strains he got.

He breeds with regs because the originals were made from mother/father plants. Feminized versions are never the same and in fact can have insane diversity. It's also an ethical thing and concern for maintenance of genetic diversity. Anyway, you can get Medicine Man from MNS Auctions (check the MNS site) for considerably cheaper. And you get 18 seeds in a pack, not 15 (I know it's listed 15, but he always puts in 18, more usually on his auctions).

hehe ...OG would you say that MNS breeds regs because it's "genetically sound"?

i think it takes more time to create fem seeds that are genetically accurate in terms of the phenotype that is being sold, but if a female cannabis plant self pollinates, then the resulting offspring will be femenized PLUS contain a a very high ratio of the mothers phenotype (EDIT: need some input from a breeder if you can explain to me about offspring pheno ratios of self-pollinated mothers
) because that is the only genetic material that went into making the offspring. ALL cannabis plants have the ability to sprout male flowers, because it has been an evolutionary advantage for them in the wild. I understand that some breeders wont make fem seeds, because to get the accurate phenotype, they wwould have to grow out certain females to self pollinate, thereby deidicating more space to individual plants, so i get that. But in terms of ethics etc its a load of crap.

grew 20 mr.nice medicine men last year, was only B grade at best. No single dominate phenos, non were very potent. 10 years ago ran pack of Nirvana white rhino and got 1 that I still havent forgot about. She was greasy,stinky, and as potent as todays OG/Chems. I wouldnt bother with White Rhino today....

20 medicine men lol thanks for the info.... and sticking to the thread. what was the pheno like? was it the short grape one that evilmonkey found amongst the other phenos (page 2)? thanks

I dont really remember what any tasted like they were so unworthy. Non tasted grapey more like bland. I actually had 40 but first pack non germinated and Shanti sent replacement 3 years later and they all germinated but no keepers. 1 was frosty but nothing like white rhino was from Nirvana in early 2k.

The Nirvana pheno, man it was easy 10 years ago. I remember it being sorta gassy/fuely smelling, not like diesel though. The frost looked wet almost greasy and was a high yielder. Potency was up there, was stronger then mid 1990s white widow that was around at the same time and NL#5. Im not saying to buy Nirvanas white rhino though because its probably different now. I ran there Ice in early 2k and was very good compared to todays standards to but ran it again 4 years ago and was hermi and not same as it use to be.

Nirvana White Rhino's have been good to me outdoors in the summer. Very hearty, and super potent. I can't complain at all. I've also grew their Aurora in the past outdoors, what a pleasure!
I am currently starting a journal for my white rhino indoor Scrog atm just germed them! Hopefully they hold up well!

Im in the paper towels process right now. Got Nirvana white rhino and AK48 fems, a DNA LA confidential fem, a reserva privada purple wreck fem and a DNA rocklock fem. the PW is the first one to split open its been about 8 hours since they went in the tissue paper so hopefully the others will all follow soon
