Be careful with these people, they are snakes!

Long story short, they sent me 2 lights ($200 ea) that were wrong and not as described/listed and not like a previous one I purchased and they will not replace or refund. They have lied and contradicted themselves in emails and now won't respond at all. I have the emails of course, screen shots of the sites description of the light, pictures of the old light (red heavy) and the new light (blue heavy) next to each other, have old invoice showing this is (or supposed to be) the same light I bought before too.

Out of Hong Kong so what the hell can I do other than put them on blast through social outlets? I've read a few things about the HK Community Council and even the HK Police Force Online Business Fraud Division but curious if this will even do any good.

So tired of scammers and liars...

I know, I live in Tx and there is no slack. Been to Hong Kong about 10 times. I buy my hardware off of ebay and never order outside the US. Takes forever to get your shit and its usually wrong.

Love to get back there but those commies took over and just so hard to get work visas for non speaking low skilled stoners.

If u paid via PayPal or CC, you may be able to get the charge reversed by stating your case with your financial institution.
Would that even be an option if you are something who lives in a place where it is not legal, If I am not wrong it is illegal to import seeds in general in the US.

You take a risk when dealing with Hong Kong/Chinese companies. Sometimes you get lucky but they will always fuck you over sooner or later. Serious companies that operate out of China and Hong Kong do not do one off sales to people, they want bulk orders. I deal with China everyday and it's not easy for me either and I buy in bulk.

I've had great results from their lights, but they are slow to respond. Lights do great honesty. For small personal grows, I get good products, with great eye appeal and potency. Takes work to get it right, but with the lack of heat, I'm loving them. To each their own, but I won't be going back to high intensity lights. Again, it is a preference that we all have. Strong smoke is strong smoke...

I liked the first light I bought from them but this whole process of dealing with them is a joke. 30 RETURN GUARANTEE my arse. I did open a PP dispute. At this point I wouldn't ever deal with them again and would suggest others that are tempted to be very cautious with them.

Their customer service is horrible! Agree 100%
They are experienced with PayPal too. So they purposely didn't respond to the PayPal case at all and I of course escalate it. Within 7 minutes of me escalating it, PayPal determines that to refund this I have to pay the shipping cost, which they know people won't do. I will double check in person but return shipping according to UPS site is over $400 back to room 502,bldg3,zhongtai technology park long hua new districtshen zhen, Guangdong 518131China (copy pasted from return address they gave)!

Lesson learned for sure with this company.

Knock on wood nothing happens to the light I use because I would bet they won't do a damn thing about it after this.

I felt with hortibloom. They are Chinese based. I got e-mail responses in hrs.

Placed a order because they had some sweet deal on COBs.

They were here in 9-10days.

Just wanna share something cool, just purchased an exact copy of the Advanced Platinum P300 at a much lower price.

I have also purchased the Advanced platinum series and the copy is working out the same.

I tried both products and they are all working the same in terms of performance and quality.

So yep, got stuck with 2 overpriced veg lights. What a disappointment. How PayPal looks at or decides these claims are a joke too.
