BHO concentrates

Hey growers! Who all smokes BHO? I really want to try some good medical oil but I can't get any.. what's a good healthy way to make some dank BHO? and how much bud would I need to just try it out and see if I make it good? Also id like to know the best way to smoke it. Thanks for your help RIU!
