A friend of mine makes BHO.
his way of making BHO is totally different from the process i have reaserched online.
He has no vac, Claims vacs possibly are just a money grab
This is what he does:
Blasts a loosely packed tube into a metal frying pan. puts it on heat and just lets it all evaporate. DONE.
Sometimes he wiips it up after the evaporation, but only when he thinks its needed? i duno

I tell him about purging the oil but he is very stubborn and thinks his way makes the kills.. he apparently sells allot of this stuff. but from what i have read, this is unpurged oil and i dont think he should be selling it..

I alredy know his process is fucked. i just never have an answer for him on why you dont want any butane in your oil.

His product looks good. But a vac can always get more butane out. I got one earlier this month. Works like a champ and was cheap. I paid $250 for my whole set up.

Here is the thing your only option is to not smoke/buy it.... he isn't going to change his ways he has method it might be fucked, but you cant tell him he shouldn't sell it, I mean you can its not going to get you any where.

He's right though. Most of the time people don't like changing how they do things. And you said so yourself. You've already tried talking him into getting a vac but he won't. Just don't buy it from him.

don't buy it.. and tell anyone who is buying it .. that its not purged properly. making it unsafe..

simple.... hes selling a poison. because hes too cheap.. if hes selling a lot of it . he should have the money to grab a decent purge kit..

even open blasting isn't clean.. mystery oil in butane cans... but some cant afford CLS.. I cant wait for mine to get here.. as I just ordered a DIY MKIII from terp.

were ill be able to distill the butane before use.. further cleaning the butane from impurities..
