Imagine if you are a republican senator and your state filed second degree mass murder charges against Trump in 2021 or 2022. Since the Woodward tapes came out there is a consensus of expert legal opinion that Trump meets the criteria for this crime or manslaughter. Say a state laid 10,000 or 20,000 charges of mass second degree murder under their state law and Donald was convicted, think the GOP senator would sweat?
Failure to act won’t get him convicted imho.

He’s an idiot. How could he know how to act? Playing devils advocate here.
They’ll say the American people are responsible for electing him in 2016 knowing what kind of guy he was.

I wish he were made to live long enough to feel all the pain he has inflicted upon the world. But I reckon that’s what an eternity in hell is for.

It's Rudy's demented brain and love of wine that is the issue, I doubt if Rudy has balls left and probably has to take Viagra to get a woody.
i don't know about that; when he was laying down in Borat there was this huge bulge and it wasn't his hand..he's so gross with those hamster teeth..with all his fuvcking money he wouldn't spring for the lowers.

i feel sorry for his kids.

Here is what your lawyer thinks about it, I consider it to be expert legal opinion, pro bono. He is one of several experts who are saying the same thing. Have a look, he has expert legal opinion on many ongoing issues and makes good videos, he's retired now and works for NBC etc. Glenn makes the prosecutors case, have a peek.

Woodward's Tapes, Trump's Covid Admissions & a Homicide Prosecutor's Take on Criminal Liability

With the release of Bob Woodward's recorded conversations with Donald Trump, it's time to revisit Trump's potential criminal liability for the resulting coronavirus deaths. As a 30-year federal prosecutor (22 years handling murder cases in Washington, DC), here is a review of the legal elements of the crimes of manslaughter and second degree murder. Please have a look at how Donald Trump's conduct compares to the elements of those two crimes.

And they accuse democrats of ballot harvesting, their projections are unbound.
maybe i'm missing it but USPS ballot harvests; they're a third party who are responsible and have found ballots not delivered..seems like they're the worst perpetrators versus a single person collecting for neighbors to bring to drop box.

can anyone explain why ballot harvesting can cause voter fraud.

You can gift an ounce and travel with it, or legally mail it, illegal online dispensaries are big here in Canada and compete with the provincial legal ones. Trudeau wanted it legal to mail to induce completion between the provinces, but others jumped in too. Grow good bud and if you are connected to a dispensary or part of a co op and the marketing takes care of itself.

Legalization in Canada is the thin edge of the wedge, now that it has been decriminalized there are many possible legal challenges to the law, like the 4 plant limit per household for recreational, what about multiple adult households? People have rights, not households, the government knew the law would be struck down when the made it, the anti pot people did not.

Besides nobody is checking or counting plants and getting a search warrant for pot would be difficult, maybe they have a medical license? Medical info is private etc, the Mounties are out of the pot business and so are the local cops for the most part.

I wonder if Donald coming apart at the seams and freaking out on the way out the door will have any impact on those who voted for him. His staff has given up, but desperate Donald is franticly trying to spin his own reality. He has got all his desperate people supporting him, but that's it.

Where is Bill Barr? I haven't heard a peep out of the toady since the election, I'm sure some one is keeping an eye on him, DOJ staff will rat him out and Nancy will jail him before sundown.

Our local pigs showed up at my friend's six plant recreational grow, wanted to know what he was going to do with it all.
The dumb fuck even had the balls to tell him he couldn't give any away, which is a complete fabrication. I fucking hate cops.
