i was using A 1000w and they were 3'-4' by harvest. I was using the humoldt series nutes. I was always on top of my PH and my PPM in my res. I do use controler's and monitor's to keep everything in check. My buddy that got me going had helped me along the way and showed me what to do, but he has moved since then..... He was getting he said close to 3#.

It dosent matter how much light you have or any of that it matters how much time. If you want to get the most for your investment of light which cost money on your elec. Bill and nutrients cost more money longer you go and so on if you have two 600w take clones and veg for short time and flower and do it over and over instead of wasting time watching your plants veg when you could be smokin lol

Watching your plants grow is all part of the fun. I would much prefer growing 1 or 2 big blants rather than 6 small ones but thats just my opinion. I just like big plants with huge buds coz its more interesting to take care of and watch its growth. I also think that plants have more character when they are big and not too mention a better yield which more than makes up for the extra weeks they were in veg so theres no waste of time

Ya I went with 6 big ones, 18" or so when they went into flower,only first wk of flowering wonder how it will yeild vs growing like 12 in the same space. (using 400wHPS to flower)

i have a 400 over one 4ft plant,it has sidelighting because a 400 was not enough.it depends how high they are when the stretch finishes.

im starting a scrog one big ass purps from bcbd,4x4 with a 1000 watt..im going to veg for 8 weeks at the most....now dont u guys think with a screen u can get more light to the plant?? rather then just letting it just get like a big tree??...whould like ur guys/gals thoughts ...

this is the first time i have done bushes(2 bushes 1 indica 1 more sativa),i find that the more sativa the more open the middle better air flow and able to organise the bud sites,it has 32 big bud sites,the other is more indica with tighter nodes and more compact,it does not have a lot of airflow so i worry,it has 30 big bud sites.i put a 400 over the 2 bushes that are in the middle of a sog on each side with 600 over them.they are in a v,the midle of the 2 v,s is the bushes so they get hit from the side from the 600,s and then the light i find is not wasted.im not sure of the yield on the bushes compared to sog untill a week.my buddy grew a bush in hydro i find his nugs are not as tight and they do not taste like soil,and im all about the flavor.but with health restraints bushes are the way to go,but they drink almost 5 gallons of snow every 2 days each.and if you dont monitor i find that they can become nute deficient in a hurry,im finding the sativa dominant does not like to have its nitrogen cut back to early,but in smaller pots same clone it doesnt become deficient,go figure.but bushes are fun fun untill daddy takes the t-bird away.

I get 1.2g/w with the indicas and over 1.5g/w with the sativas...
#1 you are not doing much better than I am, if even close..
#2 Males are not something I want to deal with... clones for me baby... 100% females n my op...
#3 my Indicas finish in 6 weeks, 7 if you want to melt to the couch...

And there is no way anyone could be getting 20x what I get per light...

I flower clones with zero veg... so most people get more per plant than me... but how many plants do they have under the light?
I keep 48 per 600 watter...
How many grams do you get per light? and what size?
That is a more fair question...

i was talking to the other guy though, but i dont see how u get a gram and a half per watt...that dont sound right to me...i get about a gram to a lil less than a gram per watt. i run two 600w hps lights

It's basic math...
I have 48 lollipops under each 600...
I average 20g per lollipop... some are 35g... some are 12g but no less...
So, 48 x 20g = 960g / 600 watts = 1.6 grams per watt...
What I don't have per plant, I more than make up for it with high density population...lol...
