This is our second grow, the first one went 'well' , few issues along the way, but I am sure we weren't the first growers to screw up .

^^^ Two fans, one isolating and 1 just to circulate air.

Music is always going, 100% in our room, so why not let the girls listen. Read somewhere it COULD help, not sure if it does or not, but I like to think it does. :eyesmoke:

DWC Creation day (11).jpg
5 Gallon Homer Buckets. We wrap them in 2 garbage bags, (will be shown in other pics) to keep the light out from the sides.

Clones
They have been out of cloning for 1 week now, but its always nice to start where they start. Here are some photos of the cloning process.

Clone Setup (1).jpg

Out of 4 clone samples, we only kept the two strongest and those happen to be from the plant that yielded the most so it worked out great. Hope they grow up to be just like momma. :Dbongsmilie

#1 (Northern Lights)
This girl has blown us away since the start with quick root growth. She is showing signs of over wattering, so we moved her from the 2gallon bucket to the 5gallon. So much easier to clean the 2gal though. :wall:
Incredible root growth though for day 9 in our opinion. Give your thoughts.

#2 (Northern Lights)
This one has been a little behind, but none the less, still healthy and overcame a bacteria problem already, hopefully she will continue to be strong and overcome and obstacles we throw her way :eyesmoke:

Lookking great love me some NL... just one thing why dont you put your three gallon buckets inside the 5 gallons drill some holes around the top edge and fill with spray foam. just a thought instead of garbage bags and would help keep water temps at ideal temp.

Yea, we actually have 3 stages of buckets.

1 - 2Gallon bucket
2 - 5Gallon Bucket
3 - 30 Gallon tote

Will def. look into your idea next time, not sure where to find 3gals around here.

Im doing music as well, I did the experiment in science class as a kid, With talking no talking music and no music

the plants with music and talking did better than the plants without. I bet its not drastic increase to anything but it does do something.

I do yes, just because its part of my 5.1 system and we always have the music playing to cover the sounds of the fans and airpumps. Works out great.

Yup, just that bullshit humming sound. I do two things for that, keep them off the floor, (seems to help) and the tunes. Just 1 speaker out of the 5 that is placed on the shelf inside.
