BIG UPDATE on plant, opinions wanted/tips

I have been away from the forums but i wanted to get opinions on this baby, The first picture is from May 26, and the second is from today. I have been growing in my closet with 2 23Watt CFL bulbs @ 5000k. My NPK ratio is 12-4-8 and has been since i started.. I just topped it today as well so that is also why im writing this post.

do you guys think i should trim the plant ? this is my first grow so im just not sure exactly how much to or if i should even trim.

also wanted some opinions on the goto nutes for mid veg state. this plant is about 5-6 weeks old, and i have no idea what strain this is , or even if its classified as an indica or a sativa or hybrid.

Looks fine, one burnt tip, go easy on the nutes.

Looks like you got a little nute burn but she looks pretty. Kinda looks like a white widow plant I grew. If I had to guess id say mostly Indica with some sativa. As far as trimming leaves some people do it some people don't. You have to find out what YOU and your PLANT like. If you do decide to give her a hair cut start SLOW see how she reacts. You can always take more off. Nutrients is a matter of preference I personally use botanicare pro grow.

That burn is from the light since i didnt move the light before the plant touched the bulb. I was also wondering when I will be able to tell if Its a male or a female.. is that right before the fowering stage begins?

I was also looking into getting a higher wattage bulb for veg and just get the bulbs for flowering while im at it.. how high do you guys go on the kelvin scale for flowering? 2700k?
