so i am planning a new grow.
currently i am low key in my wardrobe but a friend of mine has aqquired a house with a detached shop and we have planned a grow.
basically we are going to erect full sheets (8'x4') on end, making two side by side boxes. these will form the mother and flower chamber.
another box (4'x4'x4') will be for the clones.
i am curious as to how to set up a good perpetual harvest.
i tried to write it down on spreadsheet but i couldnt get it to work.
i want to be able to harvest ever 3-4 weeks, is this possible???
i was wondering about setting up the clone chamber so after theyre rooted(2-3weeks) they flip to 12/12 and give them a jumpstart so when they hit the 400whps they are already into flower.

???
this is an area i could use some input on.

anyways heres a basic price out, but be warned it is approx.! i guessed on a few things but always OVER estimated cost!
lemme know what you guys think.:

theres probably a couple things we forgot(i think theres always something else to get for your growroom) but this is a good start, we wanted to spend around 1500 so hopefully if we find a few deals we could be just over budget.
any advice would be awesome and +rep to anyone who helps out!:weed:

The 2-3 week harvests are possible, a guy on the site named al b. fuct came up with a way to get a harvest every 2 to 3 weeks using a sog method. You might have to make some adjustmet to your setup though if you want to do it that way. But check out his threads the guy is a freaking ganja genius. :peace:

possible and your adding are high ass all get out. Look for deals, ebay, craigslist, local ext.. i got a dual 600 watt ballast used for 115 at a local hydro shop, 2 lights and plugs were 100. And i would look at a vertical sog. Look up heaths vertical, vertical sog hps in google and youll see some good sog perpetual grows.

thanks guys, +rep for both u.
i figure i can get some deals if i keep my eyes open, i've already got some ducting, about 400 watts of CFL's for clones, and some pots and thermometer.hygrometer etc.
im confused about a couple things,
for the actual growspace ventilation, if i want to pull air from the large veg room and Tee into the air coming out of the flower room, how do i rig up a scrubber to get rid of the smell? is there such thing as ain in-line charcoal filter??? or should i blow the air thru it outside? im confused:S lol
anyway thanks
peace

You will want to blow air out if your not using co2. Which will bring in fresh air which is nessary for your plants because the eat up the co2 in the room and without co2 in the air they wont be able to grow. Plus by blowing the air out it cools the room.

If you are running co2 then no you don't want to blow the air out of the room because that will blow all of the co2 that you put in the room with it. Now the "inline carbon scrubber" that you were referring to is that just a carbon scrubber that filters air that without blowing it out of the room?

The size of the carbon scrubber depends in the size of the room and the size of the blower.

Also if your looking for deals there is a section that is stickied in the grow room design that has deals that other members have found online for grow equiptment. It should be stickied at the top of the page.
