I call bull shit on two pounds under a six hundred. big pots are important and I give you that and it is something that is over looked. My rule of thumb is one once per gallon of soil Is about what a you can get. Now hydro and coco are a little different.
I dont know. Look up Heath Robinson tree grow. He did just under 5 pounds on one plant with basically a 600 watt light. I wouldn't say its easy though.

I grow in an earthbox. 2 of them with 2 plants in each in a 3X3X6 tent with 400watt HPS for flower and I close to a pound on average (dry) with between 30 and 45 days veg. I like that with the earthbox I can water from the bottom and it has a cover over the soil so the water and nutes don't evaporate. They also have lots of room for roots if you run 2 plants per. I aslo just picked up Lowes version of earthbox called patio picker. Its not as tall as the earthbox but it is wider. Im going to give it a try with some bubba kush X deep chunk I have vegging now.
