This black stuff is popping up all over two of my plants. Its not mold. It looks like burning on the leaves but its black. Starts on fan leaves and gets on the buds eventually. It just keeps spreading and I dont know how to stop it. The plants are next to a old wooden fence. Is it fungus? what can I do? Ill try to get so me pics tomorrow but ive been trying to cut it out. So sad cutting off preemie colas.
