Hemp Depot offers seeds from various breeders, a couple of them at $35-$45 range. It's not a christmas special though. I got Cannacopia's Bubba KushxDC and Chunky Cheese from hemp depot only $70.

Thanks for the link only shitty thing is that site doesn't let people use credit cards and all other payment options make you pay the sellers fees and your fees so it ends up not being too good a of a deal. The only cheap option is to send them cash which is stupid risky. Why this site doesn't accept pay pal is beyond me. They must not like making money. Stupid Europeans.
