What you claim is wrong. Bkacks are not more prone to violence or aggression.

I was raised very much like you and fed that bullshit all my life.

Long story short i lost everything. The family and I moved to the ghetto. No car or anything.

We walked to work for six months and paid cash for a car.

Anyways, guess what. My wife walked home after dark through that ghetto. She was armed but never once was she bothered. We had cook outs and had good times with out neighbors.

I was jail. I had three or four little punks bothering me. You know, testing me. I decided I would throw down.

Next thing there are a couple more that want to fight. Five on one.

This black man that I played cards with and talked to everyday stood up and had my back. He is a good man and we are still friends.

Why did he stand up for the white boy if he is so prone to violence? Why not join the others and kick my ass?


You need to pull your head out of your ass and spend some time outside of your shell.

Why were you in jail, for what? I've never been in jail.

Trumped up charges. Once you see the police for what they are it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Nice story. Here's the gist of it: You failed as a provider. Forced yourself and wife into living in a horrible neighborhood. Went to jail (more failure). Allowed some people to get under your skin (more failure). And when you got in over your head you were helped out by an individual black person. Dude should let you get your ass kicked. Maybe knock some sense into you.

Those things didn't happen at once.

I wasn't guilty of what I went to jail for.

I guess you could call it a failure. This was in 08 and you are lucky if that didn't effect you. It happens to good people all the time. It lasted a short time and I'm more than back on my feet.

I did everything right. Didn't blow money and had well over a years living expenses in the bank.

That's besides the point.

It wasn't a bad neighborhood. You would call it one because of the color of peoples skin.

You know it saddens me. I used to be about as far right wing as someone could be.


Just saying, get out of your comfort zone and you will find out that most of what you have been fed all your life is wrong.

Don't thing I lean left either. I don't care much for the left. I guess I would say I'm independent.

He thinks im a failure because the economy crashed. Im a further failure because the police came to my house and arrested me for something i didnt do. Then even more failure because i had to stand up for myself in jail or be labeled someone people could take advantage of.

All out of my control.

Hey if it makes you feel better insult away. I honestly don't care. Weird how the economy collapse didn't force me into your circumstances. It's almost as if you should be taking responsibility for your failure to think ahead and secure some savings in case of loss of employment.

I highly doubt you were arrested for something you didn't do. Did you sue the police for the time you were "wrongfully" imprisoned?

We've all had points in life where it seemed like the odds were against us. Its how you react to a bad situation or whether or not u let it knock u down for the count that determines someone's true character.

No i didnt sue. And yes it was for something i didnt do. There are downsides to the state I live in. If a person lies and swears out a warrant you still have to go to jail. Even if the person wishes to drop the charges the state can pursue them.

I did have a savings. Two actually. A savings account and emergency fund account. The emergency fund had a years worth of living expenses.itWe have two 401k's. I moved to a cheaper place to make it stretch further.

My wife was wrongfully terminated to save money. She was topped out in pay and a whole bunch of them got fired so temp workers could come in.

Yes i called you a moron. You are dim. Its the truth and sorry to say it. The key is you now know it so you can do something about it.

I came back from it stronger. Im in my late 30's and i dont have to work if i dont want to. Everything i own is paid for. I live off the land. I make good money on my produce and livestock.

I'm glad to hear it. A lot of people in yur circumstances would let a series of events like that be a catalyst for their downfall and never be able to rebuild their lives. Real men and women learn from mistakes and try not to make that same mistake again
