It looks like you have spider mites...

I use bug spray in veg and a 'no pest strip' in bloom to get rid of them. The no pest strip works best for me.

Captain Jack's Deadbug Brew (spinosad), Azamax from GHE and some ultimate wash by NPK industries. Pew Pew!

The only one I'd use in flower is Ultimate Wash, and even then I'd wash the buds after harvest.

You should be able to see strands of webs and webbing. It takes a close look over the entire plant to see them. If you find that you got a war on your hands...
If no strands - you're ahead of the game... Whatever way you go - get on it now.

Been trying to remember spinosad for months, couldn't remember that name.
Azamax also something I'd recommend in an anti pest arsenal.

Loving the fact that someone had the balls and made the point that the buds can be washed too.

The key is using something that kills the eggs that keep them coming back. Clean the room down well as Something they won't get immune to - that happens real fast.
The product I use is very expensive but does work in 3 applications - They recommend 2, but I had too big they recommends 2 but the came back!
Good luck!

Google bud washing, then check the macros. I've only washed right after harvest when the stalks are least brittle. I don't think you can wash dried or old weed, but I could be wrong.

Mighty wash. I just delt with mights late in flower. Then take them outside and spray them bugs off. After harvest soak buds in hot water baking soda, lemon juice. For a few minutes then rinse in warm water. Then again rinse i n room temp water. It worked for me.
