Blackberry problems! PLS HELP

i have this blackberry who isnt doing very well,.

Was under a 130 watt CFL But now under cool tubed 600 watt hps
Temp around 27-29 degrees
Feeding an local nute but now have canna




And this is my Big Bud x Northen lights. doing great.




any help would be great thanks

hmm don't quote me on this , but it looks like nute burn and over watering to me.
