Welcome aboard man! yes it helps with the heat, if i run her at full 400w it gets a bit to hot so to start things off ill keep it at 200w then bump it up to 300w when she starts flowering.
Ya was weird, thinking if I drop wattage again I will use a 150w bulb.
I only been using HPS so far and havent tried a MH bulb yet so i really dont know. But the HPS does put off a weird kinda orange light.

Its straight out the bag ffof, but i would give some credit to the aerogarden. I think that little nozzle pumping air into the soil helped alot. I was thinking of setting up a airpump in my hempy bucket to see if i get same results. It couldnt hurt to have some fresh air blowing on the roots imoI would imagine it being HARD to justify transplanting her to anything other than what shes in when she looks that happy SS. Whats in that mix you have there??
