It’s like decades and decades of inconveniences.
We need some major changes here. Like when are chip bags gonna be a ziplock bag? . Cheap bastards.
We did some hiking back in the north cascades
Today and total drought conditions. Haven’t been back for 12 years . So dry it’s weird it’s super cold and super dry….jus like Colorado.

You don't like mustard seed and pepper crusted corned beef? I always use lots of mustard seed, but I guess some people hate it.
Haven't opened the blueberry one yet.
Probably going to try that one on some broiled salmon.

Cranberry one needed a bit more mustardy flavor for sandwiches, flavor was very balanced.
I liked it a bit sharper with some Dijon added.

Place still uses the original grinding stones and machinery since 1900 :)
It was such an unusual place, still ticking on. Everything runs off an overhead shaft, with drive pulleys, belts and gears.

Tours of old production buildings are so cool. I went to an old brewery here, and an old bourbon distillery in Louisville. And a cannery though I can't remember if that was in Wisconsin or Michigan. So awesome.

I like your salmon idea. I'll be there
