I would keep in mason jar and evaporate down with or with out fan depending how fast you want it,down to 2 ounces. Then probably need half a dropper full maybe full one, with your tolerance. Thanks for the recommendation ... but when we want good 'za, we head to Corrado's in Brooklin. Much closer to The Shores
I think the last time I was in the Bloor & Lansdowne area was the late 1970's - one of my sisters lived near Hepbourne & Ossington.
