Ice is my best friend, and I have a prescription for an anti inflammatory med at the drug store. Plus I have a good back belt that helps.
Used the tens unit last night for 40 minutes, then I slept ok after a mountain of oxy and xanax, with an ice pack under my back.
This all started about a month ago....I was sitting on the sofa, and I saw a little fuzzy spider headed straight for me. I twisted and stomped....killed him, but also killed my back. Pretty sure I broke my frozen SI joint free right then, as it has killed me ever since. Probably will have to get them fused in the future. I already have an appt. to get them injected again, but not until after the cruise...The day after actually!!
Thanks for all the well wishes. The moral of the story is, don't kill spiders
