Nothin much to update on..pics early next week. Did notice that they seem to be drinking a lot less water over that last few days. I hand water between 3/4-1 gallon every other day for the BD's and 1/2-3/4 gallon for the Bubb and it would result in a little run off. Last 2 watering there has been a lot of run off watering 3/4 gallon on both BD's and 1/2 on the Bubb. Run off is not clear but very light. Seems that the nutes are staying in the coco? Anyone else experience this?
Yes they will stop drinking a ton of water in the last few days. I didnt catch you were growing with coco. I did a large coco grow a few grows back, turnout was great. It was just a pain in the ass moving plants to bathtub every water so i can perform the desired 30 percent flush with every water. they say coco needs this. not sure about the nutes staying in coco.

I'm in week 5. I haven't flushed at all since they have been in the coco. I hand water every other day and just mix 5 gallons at a time.

Quick little update...Just picked up 3 new clones from my buddy. Going to veg them under CFL's for few weeks or until I get my next tent set up.
Hero OG (OG Kush x Herijuana) x Pre '98 Bubba Kush
Grape Ape
Tahoe OG (Original Strain)
I throw some pics of the babies up tomorrow.

You arent watering with 20-30 percent runoff in coco? You may be building salt deposits within your coco. Man that hero og will be some bomb. ive heard good things about grape ape too! stinky strain.

The bubblicious should be ready to harvest before the blue dreams. the blue dream i just harvested appeared more on the indica side than yours which look to be sativa dominant. since you are only in week 5 i would be sure you water with 20-30 percent runoff EVERY water. This your first coco grow?

Yeah 1st indoor grow. Yeah 1st coco grow also. I use drip clean to counter the salt build up. When you say 20-30% runoff what do you mean?
Yeah the Bubblicious is 8-9 weeks and BD is 9-10 weeks.

say you water your plants to full capacity. use an extra 20-30 percent of that amount devoted to runoff. so if your plants take 1 gallon of water before any runoff shows...make sure you give one gallon plus another quarter gallon for runoff- thus removing buildup salts from coco. drip clean may be doing the trick...didnt use a product like that when i was growing in coco.

Cool thx Aev. What I figured but you mentioned taking the plants to the bathtub I was a little confused but I know what you mean.

Product info:
House & Garden Drip Clean is a 100% safe agent providing it is used in the right proportion. Drip Clean contains potassium and phosphors compounds, two very powerful and useful elements in the nutritional plan of the plant. These two compounds have had their chemical molecules changed to remove one of their structures. This makes the molecule into a kind of magnet, as molecules always try to complete themselves. Drip clean attracts dirt particles with every feeding, keeping the drip system clean. Drip Clean can also be used to keep your medium at an optimal EC-TDS level, saving you to flush as often as it will remove salt buildup. Drip clean never fails and is very effective against clogged dripper systems and piping.

These look beautiful! i just wanted to point out that i had many problems with trainwreck... i buy clones and when i do i inspect them very carefully. Anyway i got some good ones but i ran into nothing but problems... they are a bushy plant which attracted many spider mites. So dont feel bad that they died!

Thanks for stopping by Brock... Definately long journey to get them to where they are at now! One of the TW's died cuz of my cat trying to munch leaves tipped over the rubbermaid container causing it to break. The 2nd one was doing alright but decided I didnt really have room for it so I gave it to a friend and he left in his truck to bake for 3 days...Idiot! Clones I got were pretty healthy... new ones I just got ehh we'll have to see. I have a lot more knowledge so hopefully I can do a better job taking care of them in veg.

Here is a few pics of the Hero OG (Back left), Grape Ape (Back right), and the Tahoe OG (Front).

DSCN0122.jpgDSCN0123.jpg

The lack of humidty was brutal them last night. I replanted them today in some 3 qt. pots with coco. I mixed up a gallon of nutes with Roots Excel. and some Cal-Mag 1/4 strength. I cut the tops off the 2 liters to help keep the humidy in...do I need to poke a few holes in the top to let air in? Figured that would let all the humidity out?

are they seeds? or clones? i only shoot for high humidity when the clones are 1-4 days old. i slowly cut back on the humidity over a period of 2-3 weeks. if they are rooted they do not need these covers.

Fully Rooted Clones. I'm assuming around 10-14 days old but not exactly sure? Humidity has been really low here in So Cal last few days. Pretty much sucked all the water out of the 1" cubes they were in last night. They weren't looking so good when I picked them up and were looking even worse this morning is why I added the covers until the humidity increases a little or until they show some more growth.

Oh so you transplanted them and then covered them? The cover should be ok for a while but it should have a few holes for air exchange. maybe 3-5 1/4" sized holes? a few at top and bottom. when i clone i usually only cover for the first few days to maintain humidity, i then remove the cover- they do just fine. I am in a bubble cloner tho...the water tray below keeps humidity at the right range without humidome.

FLowering Day 38 Pics & Update

SHIT!!!! Redoing this post! Closed net with 1 pic left to upload! LOL Oh Well...Mixed up nutes tonight. I added Shooting Powder 1/2 teaspoon per gallon. Left out the Roots Excel and Cal Mag. Noticed a lot of orange hairs developing over the past week. Still have about 25 more days left on the Bubblicious and 32 on the Blue Dream so little more than 1/2 way there. Did some reading on the H&G Website and found out that according to them using Drip Clean eliminates all salt build up so they recomend flushing last 2-3 days so that the plant uptakes fresh water and no chemicals. I planned on running atleast 5 gallons of water only so probably 7-10 days of flush. Here some pics...Enjoy!

Update & Pics Clones Day 5

Grape Ape didn't look very good from the day I got it but seems to be doing ok. Few leaves had died on it. Hero OG and the Tahoe OG looking about the same no new growth on any of the 3. Pretty much haven't had the domes on them for 2 days or so now. Domes helped quite a bit they were really dehydrated. They all have recovered pretty well. Watered them again today same nute mixture of just Roots Excel & Cal-Mag. Been really sick last few days so haven't had a chance to construct proper enclosure for them. Currently just sitting in my closet under 3 23w CFL's. 2 6500k and 1 2700k. Tomorrow going to construct something, I have some mylar and few more lights I can add. Since I have been sick have put light and tent on hold for extra week, was hoping to have it by the beginning of next week but probably more like beginning of Dec.

Of the plants that are flowering, which strain do you like the best?
That's a good question! I'm not a day time smoker so I tend to like the couchlock of the indicas better than the head highs of the sativas. So I would lean more towards the Bubblicious at this point. But I really do like the Blue Dream...figured I would take it to 10 weeks and let the trichs cloud up maybe even get amberish which give a more indica feel to it. But because of the yield I might try and make some butter, cookies, brownies with it and see how it goes. Based on taste I like both equally. If I have decided based on ease of growth, yield, taste, etc. I would lean towards the Blue Dream. I could have done a better job LSTing the Bubblicious so it would have more yield but...it's hard to say. It's like picking which of your kids you like better! LOL I can't wait to see how the Hero OG turns out cuz I really like OG Kush and the Pre '98 Bubba Kush. Cross with Herijuana with both of those should be a knockout!

Problem I Don't Know??? Any Help Would be Greatly Appreciated!!!

So lights came on at 8:30 and I was checking on the plants to see how their water consumption was etc. I noticed some unsually large polyps/nodes on some of the branch nodes. Anyones just dropping in the plants are on day 39 of flowering. Well I pulled few of them off and opened them up and they had small undeveloped seeds in them. I don't think they have hermied but...???? Seems like some of the other branch nodes have had them and they sorta dried up. They had orange/amber hairs coming out from the top of them. I am assuming all female plants have undeveloped seeds that won't develop until pollinated. I haven't experienced this with any of my outdoor grows but didn't really pay as close attention as I am now. I have smoked many bowls where I have had seeds snap in weed that shouldn't have seeds. Pulled them out of the bowl and they are tiny little white/tan seeds. Let me know if I should be concerned. Any and all help is appreciated by people just stopping by or following the thread. Thanks here are some pics

All of the pics have a reg pic I took then followed by the same pic cropped to show the polyps upclose. Last 2 pics are of the best shots of the seeds I pulled from a couple of the polyps.
