Blue Dream & Church Valley Kush With EBB & Grow Along with Lucas Formula

I have a question too...
When you start your rippening stage, are your hairs already changed colors from white to amber, or whatever? I'm curious to see if maybe I started on overdrive too soon on the church? Idk, cause my buddy's hairs are normally all orange and shriveled up by the end of the harvest. Just curious on when this happens?

Well my church strain has a good 90% white hairs on it right now. I was thinkin going into rippen I'd see my hairs already turned. I think the overdrive may caused the hairs that are amber to turn amber. Their dense as fuck though, I'm really happy with how its turning out. I was scared I'd get a bunch of airy buds in the first place.
Do you think I should still stick with the overdrive, or do you think reverting back to the bloom enhanser will effect it negatively?

For sure, I'm not doubting it or anything... It's just I don't want to prematurely stick my plants into rippen when their not ready, but I kinda figure they will just rippen themselves out while you use the overdrive. What do ya think about using dry koolbloom compared to overdrive?
Also I'm about to hit week 8 on Blue Dream, do ya think I should switch them over and hit them with overdrive now? I was thinkin of doing it on the day of week 8 so they get the overdrive until week 10 then flush flush flush.

Ok, so on The Church I'll be running it with overdrive for another 5 days, then 7 at the max. During the flush I'll be using molassis, bud candy, and water for about 5 days or so. Then I'll do 4-5 days of just water. I'll do a total of 10 days of flush. Unless they look good for the picken lol.
The Blue Dream I'll let run on overdrive till the end of week 9, then I'll repeat the same flush process.
Hoping I'll be able to smoke this with the fam for Christmas.. Lol they'd love me for sure!

Ok, so the smell is starting to linger a little stronger then I imagined it would. So on my next run I'll be adding some sort of air scrubber on the room. Also I had a buddy ask me if one love is just like Moab, and I'm pretty sure its pretty much the same product minus the b1. Which is why I add superthrive when I used it. So on my next one I'll also be doing a side by side test with the sensi bloom and general hydro. Also I'll run Moab with it. Then the run after that I'll do the same exact thing but with one love. Then see if the combo of g.h. And Moab or one love is better. Or the combo of sensi bloom, Moab. Or sensi bloom and one love. Also after today I was gonna start the flush for the church but I'm still seeing majority white hairs on it. So I'll wait until about 3 days or so. Im pretty sure during the flush it will continue to ripen and fill out the color, and I plan on doing a 10 day flush. So I can't let it go too long otherwise I might not get the ripeness that I'm lookin for. Roughly a 35-30% amber and 65-70% cloudy..

Little picture update, been kinda slackin on the pictures.:leaf:
In the picture I'm using a regular bic and a 15'' ruler for comparison.
The Church is beyond anything as dense as I've ever felt. When I squeeze it, instantly I get resin all over my fingers, the nugs are so dense I'm honestly shocked at what it did. The blue dream isn't as dense yet, idk if it will get that dense either. The blue dream stinks more then the church though, its kind of obvious. Well this saturday I'll be setting up the flush resi for the church, and let the blue dream go till the end of week 9.
Hopefully I see some brilliant colors off this church :)

I did a little check up on the plants about 5 minutes ago, and one of the plants I had was fallin over due to the weight. I grabbed some fishing wire and tied it up to the light so it's not falling against the wall or any of the plants. Shit is super sticky, super dense and super crystaly. I'm honestly surprised that it's turning out the way it did.

So went in to check the girls and 3 more tops were leaning hardcore so I tied them up aswell. They must be packin on some serious weight right now. Hopefully anyways ;)

Went in to check on the girls and good thing I did. I just got branch off the blue dream. Apparently it ripped itself completely off the plant :/
I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to catch it in time to tie it up because I don't really wanna pull the blue dream too early, guess I'll have a good smoke sample.
I'm thinkin about throwing everything into flush right now because of the weight issue. I honestly didn't think that the weight would literally snap the branches off. In fact this is the first time I've ever seen that happen. I'm hoping for high numbers :)

Thanks man, I'm startin to get pissed though cause I had another fatality, I'm tying them all up now, and flushing everything. Looks like about each branch(the ones that fell off the plant) is gonna be abOut an oz to an oz an half. Ima start tallying up the weight as soon as this cures out.
 
What I'll be doing my next run is probably 20 5 gallon buckets with coco, or doing the big Hugo blocks of rockwool. I haven't decided yet. But I'll be using the net thingy, I think that's what you mean by trellis. And weaving the blue dream into it. I'll probably veg for one week and flip. The clones are about 6-10 inches so a week of veg should be good.
The reason why im going to do coco or rockwool is to do the side by side test. It'll be easier then running a couple resi's.
 
Ok so just jarred up some of the blue dream, dried quicker then expected. I just popped it and it smells freakin delicious. The veg smell is almost gone already too. Shits super sticky also. Smoked a blunt, it felt like I had a halo around my head lol. Definitely some good smoke. Can't wait to start the real trim job.
 
Ok, so been flushin the Blue Dream for 3 days now, and the The Church just hit 7 days.. The Church is starting to show different colors like purple and alittle orange, you can tell that its starting to get a mag deff. I'm going to be cleaning out the resi everyday and replacing it with fresh water. Make sure the PPM's stay under 140. Tryin to suck all the nutes out of these girls.

a good week should be enough I go 10 days total 3 being strait sugar like sugar daddy and 7 days water and I liked the outcome of that last one
 
Yeah next time I'll be using a different carb loader, the molasses and bud candy combo created mass slime within 4 days, during this time i wasnt using the tea, cause it was flushing.. and even though it was at the end its still too risky for me.. I noticed that my church is extremely dense, it's like I used co2 or something even though I didn't. The blue dream is still gonna be questionable on the density and weight. So far ive smoked about 5 grams of the blue dream from the broken branches, and I get this really cool halo feeling around my head as if I'm smokin on headband. I'm in the process of cutting up the church right now and it's reekin up the house crazy lol. I'll be lettin the blue dreams go for a min of 5-6 days..
I'm still in question about my curing. I tried 2 different ways. One with sugar leaves and the other without, and dried then jarred, so far the stripped one came out darker, but the other one smells sweeter. I think this is because I jarred it up prematurely and ended up keeping the veg smell with it.
Any tips on curing would be appreciated lol.
