I would just like to note that when I chop I vase them inRO water for the last 24hr shift removing them when the lights go on to improve the taste. It is very important that they don't go dry during this procedure. If you have never done this before I'd practice with a couple shoots first before you do an entire crop. I use electronic valves and a float switch to ensure the RO water doesn't go dry. The plants will use alot of water during this cycle.

There is no way this cut of blue dream would be ready at week end of week 8. End of week 9 yes, but this time it started pushing out new growth which I'm sure it was the gravity that did it. My cut is ready between day 63 and day 67

Incorrect. By letting it go (gaining more amber trichs) you will lose THC and thereby potency.[/QUOTE said:
Incorrect aswell. THC does not show potency, CBD and CBN also effect it, strains with low THC can be more potent than those with high THC.

Are you kidding? Where do you get your information from? THC is the by far largest contributor to a cannabis high, THC is what defines potency.
CBN is 90% less potent than THC and CBD is non-psychoactive (means it doesn't produce a high). Your statement is completely incorrect.
Yes CBD (as does many other cannabinoids) does affect the cannabis high but it does not affect potency.
No, strains with low THC cannot be more potent than ones with a high level of THC.

To sum up:

CBN is the degradative product of THC, it's 90% less potent than THC.
CBD is NON-psychoactive.

You should read up on cannabinoids:

Caniboids can be converted using fresh rain water or a diluted solution of hydrocloric acid. Spread out buds and spray until moist not soaked. Allow to dry. the caiboids will take the loose hydrogen molocule and become THC.

I think he was trying to say the a 19% THC strain isn't necessarily more potent than a 14% THC strain. One size DOES NOT fit all...there is a lot we don't know about the cannabis plant, and I assume the synergy between different levels of cannabinoids and terpenes within the plant play a role on the high, not just the THC %.

Breeding solely for THC is fucking retarded. The other cannabinoids and terpenes play a large role in the high.

Yeah it looks ready to me, I personally dont like the heavy zombie buzz so 10-20% amber is good for me.

let it go bro you get more thc and weight i tend to go by the pistils as well as trichs but trichs arnt everything imo you gotta let it mature and ripen
Found that the haze varieties don’t turn amber they can be pushed for 4-5 months. I hit mine at 8 hours at 10 weeks then let them go another week or two
