Looks like you have everything figured out. They all look healthy. House and Gardens feed chart is about perfect but I start a little lower with the base nutrients and they also recommend starting lower with Drip Clean. I usually grow from clones and once the cutting are transplanted into a pot I give them a little less than the normal amount of Coco A&B and .2 of drip clean for the first week. By the end of veg I will be giving them the aggressive amount of Coco A&B and following the chart with everything else. I do go aggressive for the first 5 weeks of flowering until I add shooting powder which then I go way less than normal for the final 3 weeks. Me and my GF have used this line for years so if you ever have any questions feel free to ask. My only suggestion is if you ever have the extra money their new product Amino Treatment may be their best product they have. It has produced the healthiest plants I've grown with H&G and really does give my plants a huge stock and thick branches. I have a grow going on right now drain to waste with the full line of H&G nutes using their Coco Base nutes. Check em out if you would and I will stay around for this grow. Sorry about this long message btw.

Also if you use RO water with Aqua Flakes I believe H&G recommends before adding their nutrients adding a cal/mag supplement to 150 ppm. I also believe Clearex isn't really necessary due to the use of Drip Clean which forms an Ionic bond to Salts and Dirt particles which really minimizes the need to flush. I am not 100% but isn't that pretty much what Clearex is? I know when I first started growing I asked them if I should use Clearex and they told me it wasn't needed. Happy Growing!

I didn't use any plans. I just sorta designed it myself in my head with some trial and error. It was something I came up with because I found several things about the Stinkbud design I didn't like. First off, the rez was open in the Stinkbud unit. That was causing me problems with humidity as well as potential problems with keeping the rez clean and growing algae. Next was maintenance. It was just simply to complicated to conduct any maintance on the unit in my specific setup.

I wanted something that was completely sealed, easy to maintain and was more compact. So far it seems to be working very well. My plants really have perked up.

Anyways, it's basically a 2X2 Bontanicare tray and lid with a 20 gallon rez. The tray just sits on top on the rez with a Ebb and Flow style drain fitting draining into the rez. I'm using a 1200 GPH pump and EZ clone nozzles.

Great looking setup, thanks..

Just a basic update. The last few days I have noticed a couple of dead gnats when I check on the plants. I pulled my two soil plants out after finding a few larva and one baby gnat in the soil pots.

So looks like I will need to take clones from my existing plants before I go into flower unless I decide to grow another strain. Crap, now I need a cloner. I think I'll be lazy and just buy one.

2 Week update since germination. I mixed 5ml of H&G Magic Green foliar spray with 1 gallon of water and treated the plants earlier this morning before the lights off cycle. To be honest, unlike what others have reported, I really can't tell a difference some 8 hours later. The plant that has been my second largest since the start, has recently had some amazing root growth compared to the others. It has now passed up what has been my largest plant since I started this grow.

I've decided to hold off on doing a SCROG for this grow. My plan right now is to simply wait until the newly topped plants grow their two main sprouts out and then I will initiate flowering. I want to get some buds sooner, rather than later. I'm not really going for quantity, I'm just looking for quality.

2 week, 2 days. Today I changed the reservoir. I increased A&B base nutrients from 30ml to 45ml. Everything else remained the same.

Nutrient Solution, 10 Gallon RO water
45ml H&G Aqua Flakes A&B
11ml H&G Roots Excelurator
4ml H&G Drip Clean
38ml H&G Multi Zen
10ml H&G Algen Extract

2 Weeks and 4 days since germination. I'm not looking for a huge harvest and this has been more or less a test run so I'll be putting them into 12/12 starting tomorrow. I've done some minimal trimming and added 40ml of Cal-Mag (about 120 ppm's).

looking pretty good, those plants sure are bushy and short. so your at 600ppm now? Is that burn or deficiency along affecting the bottom leaves? Youve got some really nice equipment right there.

It was in the 450 range, but I added some Cal-mag and it jumped it up into the high 500's. I'm running RO water that has a starting point of around 20 ppms. I was worried about deficiencies with the RO water so I added the Cal-Mag back into the mix.

All the damage was nutrient burn from early on. I was pushing them a little too hard in the beginning. Even with the burn, topping and trimming I've done, I'm pretty amazed out how big they are in just 2 1/2 weeks since they first sprouted. The topping did slow them down a bit, but they seem to be taking off now. My roots are nuts. Thanks for the kudos on my setup! It's been fun so far.

2 weeks and 6 days since germination. I never made the switch to 12/12, I over slept. I've decided to veg them for a few more days. I've had to add 1 gallon of RO water since my last rez change. Water level and nutrients seem to be dropping relative to each other, with maybe a bit more water uptake (1 gallons).

Got up early today. I went ahead and changed bulbs to my HPS and set the timer to 12/12. Let the flowering begin.

3 Weeks since germination, day 1 of flower.

I foliar feed the plants with 5ml of H&G Magic Green mixed with 1 gallon of RO water. In the last 12 hours my rez has dropped 50 ppm's and 1.5 gallons. The plants are starting to really take in water and nutrients now! The next rez change is planned for this Tuesday. I ordered some of the new H&G Nitrogen Boost and Amino Treatment to complete my full H&G line up.

Here are some pics of the first 12 hour dark period.

I plan to use my MH for the first few weeks of flower until I start to really see flowers develope. It takes a little while for the plant to respond to 12/12 lighting so in the first little while they should be treated like vegging plants. I will use my vegg nutes for those first two weeks of flower as well and gradually ween them off and onto bloom nutrients when they are ready.

Yeah my nutrient schedule will pretty much follow H&G's recommendations with some slight adjustments here and there. I went ahead and changed the bulb so I don't have to worry about it lol. I'm sure I could get a little better growth if I maintained the MH for a bit longer, but I'm curious to see how they react. This grow is as much an experiment as anything else for me and this journal is my way of recording it. Thanks for the comments!

My rez dropped to 8 gallons today. I was showing about 490 on the PPM's. In the past three days I have had to PH down about 0.3 ( 3ml PH Down). I mixed 2 gallons of RO water with 14ml of H&G A&B, 2ml Roots Ex, 4ml Multi-Zen, 1ml Drip Clean and 2ml of Algen Extract to bring both my water level and PPM's back up. My finished two gallons came out at around 720 PPM's.

With my rez topped off to a total of 10 gallons, I'm now reading 570 PPM's. Perfect.

Put my SCROG screen together. I used some wood framing and kite string. I wasn't planning on doing a proper SCROG this grow, that will come with the next one. However, I will need some support so I decided to go ahead and build the screen and install it.
