Well I tried ordering directly from the factory and tried saving money.. Well ive ordered 3 things from over seas and well they have either been fakes, or now in this case the lights are JUNK.. I ordered 2x 140w UFO 460 shipped to me a good deal 1 sells for 500+ on ebay. Well I ordered on Monday received on Friday awesome.. Until I opened the box to see half the clusters where very loose and they at the factory just put tape on them and still sent it.. Then they are suppose to have daisy chains well I have 2 of these and neither 1 works.. So basically they told me to go screw myself because I didn't take a picture for them to see.. Well im very private and never take pictures don't even have a way to do it.. Told them this and they just said do what u want we tried to help you but I wouldn't cooperate... I wrote them everyday knowing I had till 5pm yesterday and I only got 2 responses in 4 days both saying they need a picture.. WTF would a picture do?? NOTHING.. Well im hoping that I can save someone else from this.. now im stuck with these because they wont even warranty them now..

The light itself should be great hopefully.. Just everything about them/company sucks.. Don't ever deal with someone named WENDY doubt its her/its real name prolly something like sun chang hi.. lol.. But getting something because I need the daisy chain and have 2 cords not work and have 3 clusters be very loose and to have them tell me well its an easy fix, wells that's laughable to me since I JUST received the light and you put tape on the clusters KNOWING they are loose instead of fixing them you send them out to me to fix.. Plus there daisy chain feature doesn't work...

You bought a knock-off of a Bysen led UFO........so basically a cheaper version of an already cheap Chinese led panel (doesn't have the H4 cree cluster in it) and you where expecting a quality product? Sorry you got ripped off grower....

Ya I was.. Its a great light and how do you know its a bysen knock off bysen could have copied them.. And what light do you use?? Im not willing to spend 1000 on 150w that's just stupid.. Im sorry im not paying for something that a store in the USA that says MADE in the USA because we all now the parts are still from CHINA or some other 3 world country the lights are just maybe assembled here that's it.. I just got a light/lights that the daisy chain is bad

Sending a picture is pretty standard with every LED company for warranty coverage. They want to see what is broken before and that there is not physical damage to the light. While I'm sorry they sent you a defective/broken light you refusing to send a picture is completely unreasonable. As for you being private, ROFL, you're not taking a picture of yourself or your surroundings. You're taking a picture of a broken light that is 100% legal because its just a light. How do you not have a way to take a picture? Everyone phone has had a camera on it since 2008. Even the shit prepaid phones come with them. A camera on a phone is pretty much standard now days and has been for the last 4-5 years. While you have the right to be mad over getting a broken/defective light if I were them I'd tell you to screw yourself too. Looks like you failed to cooperate with them and thus you failed at getting your issue resolved. The failure is clearly on your part.

What would a picture of a cord going into the light prove..lol nothing how many times do i need to say this.. The light wasnt broken into pieces the damn daisy chain feature is a joke.. And no not everyone has a cell phone with a camera on it def not standard.. But ok guess this is just pointless to explain to u burn outs.. If it was broken then yes i would have figured something out to get a picture but the cord not working well thats just pointless to take a picture of..

"Burnout"? I guarantee 90% of the people in this forum have more knowledge in their right pinky toe then you do all together. They don't want a picture of the cord. They want a picture of the "tape holding it together" which is the broken part, correct? You were being stubborn and it bit you in the ass. I do wish you luck with your grow...but don't be so stubborn next time and take a damn picture.
