I know I am reviving an old thread... However, I can confirm about the sour bubble. I was willed 3 different plant genetics from a close friend who killed himself. This guy basically hunted these phenos and had them for some time.

The sour-bubble I have is pretty low yielding in comparison to alot of other varieties. It IS a shovel to the head harvested any time between 8-9 weeks. It is slightly more uplifting and lower yielding if taken at 7wks. Loves to be fed and is very resilient. Slow bushy growth in veg and somewhat difficult to clone but not as bad as some Og varieties are. If I had to pay 95$ for this I would in a heartbeat. Takes pain away and lets me sleep every time. I wont even share it... its like my private reserve...lol

The next time I buy I will be getting another bog strain.

Just to be complete... My other two genetics are Blue Dream and Diablo Og. Probably gonna pick up a cut of bubba and something else to add to the mom list. :)

Checked out some of bog's line up. The pictures in one of the sticky threads is just crazy for the lifesaver and the bogbubble. I am looking at the strawberry bx2 and the sour bubble as two options with lifesaver as a close third. The strawberry bx1 has some sick pheno's that smell of strawberry and the color is actually pink on parts of the nug. I remember him from og days and he actually said gypsy asked him to make zeeds because he was followed by so many. At the time he only made them for himself and a few close to him. He is well known for his bubble gum pheno stinking like hubba bubba or bazoka joe. The price is down on his gear now and runs $68 or so. Mostly positive reviews of his gear.

I wouldn't say that Sour Bubble (at least my phenos) were a shovel to the head. It's just a very very very relaxing strain. Like 90% body stone, 10% head buzz. Out of all my strains it probably hits you the easiest. Not to say it's not potent (it is) but it's a very relaxing, easy going potent. Not something that really knocks your socks off. And I only smoke like once a week. It still doesn't hit me all too hard.

Well, I guess thats similar except the back of my head goes numb and i relax like a mofo. Ur description is probably better. I know its dank and will make u immobile and thats enough for me. :-)
