bohdi

is bohdi the creator of harlequin? under the rock question I know

The harlequin clone was created (as per my knowledge) through the group effort of multiple bay area shops as part of Project CBD, an offshoot of which was providing the clone to colorado growers for a while last year. Bodhi, Gage Green, and TGA all have the Harlequin clone and hybrids with it, but I don't think any of them had a part in the creation of the original clone.

Thank you. Just reading up on strains and breeders and I was wondering why Bohdi has such a large following. I was reading the Bohdi thread but only got like 50 pages in. Kept seeing Harlequin mentioned and remembered a tv show where a fellow was working on that strain. Just wondering if the following was cause he was on tv if that was him, or his strains are just that fire....? After I finish this round I'm going to give his work ago I reckon.

His strains are good if you have the patience and growing experience to find a keeper. Most of his stuff is F1, making for a lot of polyhybrid discovery when grown. Good luck! Also, harlequin is a high CDB strain designed to help with pain, without the sometimes debilitating effects of strong THC strains.

My experience isn't finding the keeper in Bodhi packs, Choosing the keeper is more like it.
I've had good luck finding awesome plants in his beans.
The plants can look similar, but the final test is in the effect/flavor.
I have multiple keepers from golden triangle because they each had special flavors + very strong effects.

Which breeder would you recommend for stable/inbred strains?
I can't think of many regular breeders that don't do polyhybrids.

The most praised breeders sell Polyhybrid beans. TGA/Sincity/Bodhi/etc.

I have the same problem. I got two SSDD which I cannot choose from. Similar high but totally different smells and bud structures. I think for IBL you need someone like Ace, Sensitive, mr. nice and what not.

Same thing with my Golden Triangle...all 3 pheno are very similar in looks + extreme potency.
The flavors are a bit different between each, one has more citrus/pine/hash flavor, one is earthy/musky/pine, and a incense/spice/hash flavor.

I'm thinking of keeping the citrus/pine + incense/spicy phenotypes and ditching the earthy/pine

Thanks all for the answers. Just started flowering my current grow and cant wait to start the next.lol. Next round is going to be from Bohdi or and one of the OGs like og18 or holy grail or kosher. Don't want to cheap out on the next round. Even though a lot of the cheap beans I've been trying are fire.....IDK. I want to be able to converse a little more with folks here and Bohdi's strains seem to be it right now. As far as the ogs go I've always wanted to try them just my old bank got in the way. also harlequin I'd like to try and that one would be just for me. But anyway gonna hop on and play some COD ghosts, thanks again.
