The other day i went out and did some growing shopping. I bought some blood meal, bone meal, and some worm poop. I had a question about using this. When its time to start growing do i mix these into the soil right before im about to start growing. Or are these meant for mixing with water and such? Also i got some schults drops (4 drops per gallon) do i use this right through from when the plant is 1inch until it is ready to flower? Help would be apreciated because im a nubbie.

I use bone and blood meal on all my gardens. Mix it right in the soil. It will also deter rabbits and deer. However if you have dogs, they dig at it, lol.:peace:

For each bag of dirt what do you think the ratio is. 1/4 of blood meal for 1 bag.... or, what would be over doing it?

When I get the garden bed ready in spring, I alwayss add some new top soil or organic black earth and mix in the meals with it. Dependng on how big the plot is. Our bone and blood meals come in boxes so I use a box per bag of soil.:peace:

ya mix in soil as it takes a long time to break down to be available. or make as a tea for faster action.

Use two parts bone meal to one part of bloodmeal and mix it with your dirt at least two weeks before you plant on the holes.

Two reasons for doing that, The organics need a bit of time to "cook" or activate. It will warm up the soil if its too hot. Also Animals love the smell of bone and bloodmeal.

They will dig up the ground in that area looking for hidden treats. But after some time they will realize nothing is there and they will move on.

Bone meal gives you Phosphorous, Blood meal gives you Nitrogen and you should add another amendment for a Potassium Source and trace elements.

For Potassium add some Woodash aka Potash or some Kelpmeal. Kelp has alot of trace elements and some hormones but it would be a good idea to add some greensand or azomite or glacial rock dust.
