Ok, I've been on the glass on glass bongs for some time now. This week I'm filling in for somebody's hours in the morning along with my regular time so I got some extra money which I will be spending at the head shop. I know they have a beaker bottom tree perc zob which looks awesome, I know some people don't like the company but my friends got regular zobs and have had no problems. However I do have other bongs I enjoy smoking out of already so I'm considering a bubbler. It's been so many years since I've hit one, but the one time I did it got me ripped. Now my main concerns are.
1) The taste, I know a vaporizer is best for taste but I'm not interested in one right now. My problem with my taller bongs are that the smoke sometimes gets stale/bland tasting after traveling up the tube, how is the taste for a bubbler.
2) How harsh is the smoke? I know a lot depends on the weed but I just don't want something like a regular glass pipe which imo leaves the smoke very harsh.
3) How do they hit? Do they got a lot of drag or are they usually pretty smooth and easy to clear.
