I agree with SICC. All of my pots vary from 2gal or 3gal pots. My plants get about 4feet tall and they flourish even though the pots are technically too small.

Good to know, I will upload more pics and some vids tomorrow. I am feeling tired at the moment lol. I also thought I'd let you guys know that I am going to be taing like 30 clones for an outdoor guerilla grow. The grow is going to be on my friends land, which is over 200 acres and no one else is aloud on the land or comes near it. Should be fun. Where I live we dont have helicopters that fly over either.

I wouldn't worry about it man, if there still growing then it'll be fine, i've had weird growth like that with no problems, all you can really do is just wait it out and see what happens

Are you going to veg them bac once you determine sex?

Yea, I'll revert them once I determine their sex. I still need about 30 clones by may 22

Damn thats not too far off, do you have a cloner?

it will take them a couple weeks to actually root

I will probably build myself an aeroponic cloner, I have experience fabricating one of these. I just hope all 3 are female, cause I need to try to get like 30 clones off those 3 girls, I know I have my challenges cut out for me.

Yeah man 30 clones is alot, have you looked into topping? that will promote the lower growth more, and you can clone the tops that you cut, then let the plants vegg out more after you sex them, then start taking more clones

Good idea SICC, I have looked into this and I think its the smartest way to go. I need to promote growth my lower branches, so I pluked a few fan leaves today.

Yeah that would probably be your best bet, its still early in the season if im correct, so you could still plant towards the end of April and be good.

Well it takes up to 14 days to show sex, then another 2 weeks for any clones, thats already a month before they would be planted. which would probably be the tops you would cut. It also take a lil bit for the plants to re veg after the flowering cycle was introduced
You do got some good inner growth going, but not really anything that would be worth clonning at this time, in my opinion.
You want your mother's to be nice and mature, there still kinda young

Well by April I will know the sex and they probably will be well on their way back to veg, by mid april, then ill start taking clones. Like I said I dont know how things will play out.

What's your watering schedule like? Looks like they might be getting too much water. If not, then I wouldn't sweat it. I've had plants do that before for little things like cloning off of a plant in flower to vegging after flowering. The leaves aren't going to look pristine and perfect through your whole grow until you're an expert grower.

Oh no! Don't pluck fan leaves unless they're mostly yellow and dying anyway. If they're still green they will help fuel your plant. It's like the difference between a 12-cyl engine and a 4-cyl engine. That's like saying the 4-cyl will move the same car faster because with less weight from the pistons will make the car lighter. It doesn't work that way. Keep all your fan leaves unless they're dying.

Also, what SICC is saying about topping is true. I'm trying it on the first available plant that meets the criteria which should be in a couple weeks. I'm going to try Uncle Ben's technique. I can't wait. A lot of people on here have had good success with it.
