Bonide Atlantis Fish Fertilizer good for flowering plants?

Bonide Atlantis Fish Fertilizer 2-4-0
recently i checked my local stores in my area and i found some "Bonide Atlantis Fish Fertilizer 2-4-0" would that be good for flowering plants?

kelp is the magic elixor of cannabis...there is so much goodness in kelp...it must be good..some kelps grow 5 feet in a day...I like the Neptune brand kelp...since its made near me...its magic when you spray it on the plants...also helps clones root FAST when rooting in root cubes...
