Guys, we appreciate your feedback but there's an element of Chinese Whispers going on here. The situation is very simple - thanks to the good work of customers here and elsewhere we've been extremely busy in the run-up to Christmas and during the holiday break when the office was closed. We don't mark things as shipped to indicate that they're in the mail - this is a warehouse status meaning the order has been processed and is ready for despatch. I can see how this might be misleading to some but the important thing to note is that we're busy working through the backlog and as mail pickups have now started again tracking numbers are being sent out automatically. Keep the faith - we're not called Bonza for nothing!

Just an addendum but please do remember that our staff are also entitled to time off with their families at this time of year :-) The office and warehouses were closed from the 23rd until the Monday 30th and although we have been answering emails and support questions during that time it's certainly not been to the same extent as we would in normal business hours. We do understand your frustration of course but if you can bear with us a little longer I have no doubt there will be happy endings all round.

dride - I'm not sure what point you're trying to make with the comment above but for clarity it was not a weeks vacation. Simply, because of the way public holidays fell we did not open the office on the 27th. All the other days were Public Holidays or commonly offered in the UK as days off. Mind you, Bonza is a great company to work for and hopefully that comes across when you buy from us! :-)

24th - Christmas Eve
25th - Christmas Day
26th - Boxing Day
27th - Office Closed
28th - Saturday (Office Closed)
29th - Sunday (Office Closed)

Maybe if people were not constantly calling and emailing the banks wondering about tracking numbers, or asking about why an order that was ordered yesterday hasn't shipped, they could take care of business.
If you are so worried about a bank being a rip-off, don't order. Out of a dozen seed orders from various banks, maybe two had correct updated tracking, so wtf does it matter. Running to your computer 6 times a day to see where your package is, will not help it get to you any easier or sooner. I don't get the guarantee, I don't choose stealth, and I don't check tracking. And I get every order, every time, through Chicago. No problems.
I'm going to go ahead and give em a shot. I'm a big boy. I can take it if there is a problem. But I'm betting there won't be, and I would love to add another bank to my list.

Hey bonza, please dont assume. you look silly. i will not be buying seeds through any "mainstream" online seed companys again. When i placed the order i chose the BEST shipping option available, it cost about 28 dollars if i remember correctly, had tracking and apparent "extra stealth" still got seized in brisburn lol. so i went on to the deep web, purchased me 2 grams of swazi rooibaard for $8 including delivery, yes you heard correctly. it was hear within a week from south africa with decent stealth, but only card and paper, in a standard business envelope, so i got high and picked out the seeds and now im growing some swazi in me backyard, and have had other succesful shipments arrive off same website. Bonza, obviously you guys aren't the postman so it is out of your hands, BUT you can work on your stealth (which you may have since my order was seized). Oh and thanks for the $25 store credit, wouldn't it be halarious if these get seized!!

Stay away from this seedbank. Had a problem with delivery address on my order and my credit card company rejected payment. Bonza customer service was all over it with e-mails to me and lots of attention up until they got the credit card company to pay the order. then could not get a single response from them when I inquired about the order. I had an e-mail from them saying the order had shipped but when i checked the order status on the website it said awaiting shipment. The order sat for close to three weeks awaiting shipment. The seeds finally came after almost four weeks from placing the order. Three out of six autoflowers did not germinate. I sent Bonza an e-mail when I discovered the first DOA seed and they never responded. I did not ask for anything in return, it was just an FYI to them about the bad seed/seeds. No response. In my opinion they spent a great deal of time building a fancy and friendly website and are not really into delivering good product or service, just out to make as much $$ as fast as they can before they are out of business once they run out of first time customers. Never again deal with tjis seedbank. The name Bonza should have rung a bell in my head, it's so close to the word BOZO

This is a strange post. We're not in the habit of ignoring customer emails as I am quite sure the vast majority of people reading this will know. In fact, we pride ourselves on our customer service. To be clear we do not guarantee seed viability - this is not something that even mother nature of the best genetics can do and therefore it is not reasonable to expect Bonza Seedbank to do it. Where we believe, after cross referencing with other transactions, that there is a genuine problem with batches we will always ensure we look after our customers. If you are purchasing multiple strains and claiming that many or all of them did not germinate then it is quite likely it's a local environmental variable causing the problem. This does rather sound like sour grapes to me however if you would to PM me then I would be happy to review this and see whether I can help.

yo Bonza! you still havnt updated your freebies page... 1 seed is not going to cut it in my opinion..attitude seemed to get this... the larger more lavish promos(top strains from top breeders) get the customers..

Candylime- yes there worth it. even tho there customer service is at the top of a lot of peoples list. I ordered and got my seeds 22 days after order was taken. When I got my tracking number they said it was at a airport processing. They arrived in my mailbox that same day.

My order took 12 days to get to me once it was in the mail but that has a lot to do with the holidays. I'd order again and would just as well skip coms unless I really had to. Bootleg did me right and next time I will forgo the tracking, total waste of time.
